200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
  • I recently finished the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Christian and Jeannine, some of the most experienced teachers in Monmouth County with extensive yoga educational backgrounds. This program gave me a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment, showing me how to teach with real precision for both the body and mind. I also built lifelong friends and connections that I’ll carry with me forever. Christian and Jeanine created a professional, yet safe environment that pushed me to grow, and now as a CYT/RYT, I’m ready to lead classes with confidence. I’d recommend this program to any yoga practitioner who’s serious about deepening their practice and learning from the best. This program is the real deal.

    — John, YTT Graduate

  • Jeannine and Christian bring the utmost level of respect and a deep knowledge of Yoga to every piece of this training. Authenticity and respect was a major theme throughout the training, and it was an incredible experience to be able to immerse myself in traditional Yoga right here in Monmouth County. Whether you’re looking to become a teacher, are passionate about the integrity of your alignment in your movement, or are looking for a fresh perspective on self-care and the journey of being a human, this training is for you. I would make the decision to do this training a million times over. As a recent college graduate, this training provided me with great tools to set myself up to live a life of health and compassion. My self confidence, my asana practice, and the way that I can show up for the people around me has changed drastically and I am immensely grateful. Cannot recommend this program enough!

    — Grace, YTT Graduate

  • Jeannine is a passionate person - passionate about life...family...yoga. Those passions came burning through in all aspects of this YTT program. Jeannine was our guide into all the 8 limbs of yoga. With care, dedication, and heart she taught me (and the rest of our small band of yogis) about the practice of yoga but, more importantly, she also taught me about myself. And in the end, that's what yoga is about. This training deepened my own practice and prepared me to pass yoga on to others. The practice of yoga is a lifelong journey and this training was a special part of that journey....I recommend it to anyone.
