This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the simple joy of moving, breathing, and being in nature—together.

We’ll gather at Menla, a sacred, Tibetan-inspired retreat center and spa just two hours north of NYC. Surrounded by peaceful forests and mountain air, Menla offers the perfect setting to unwind, reset, and feel truly cared for.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply rest and recharge, this weekend is designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired.
